What is the cost of shipping and handling?
All shipping & handling cost will be located at checkout. Before you make or cancel your purchase you will see the total of the sale with s/h. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For larger orders we ship by UPS and FedEx.
International orders may be required to pay Customs Duties, Import Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or other fees or taxes before you can receive items you have purchased internationally. All such Fees and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer, NOT the Seller.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
How do I use my cloth?
Wet it, Wring it and wipe your cloth on any surface to clean.
Use your favorite cleaning solution. First spray and then wipe with the StreakFree cloth to clean.
What are the size and color of the cloths?
The cloth is approximately 16” x 16” and the color is white.
How do I clean my cloth once it is dirty?
Machine wash with bleach or detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry or use dryer.
How can I purchase the StreakFree cloth?
We accept Credit Cards and Checks through our website using Paypal. If you have an account with Paypal you can pay with your check. If you don’t have an account with Paypal you can still pay, but only using a Credit Card.For phone orders call 888-576-6321.
Why is the cost different on the web-site from the market where I purchased my cloth?
We have distributors all across the country that sell our product and use our logo and information. All prices at Markets are “Buy Now” prices that are only done at that time with the person that is selling the cloth.

I’m having streaks with my cloth.
Once in a while it has been found that we can get debris left on your cloths from manufacturing. Please wash them in whites (detergent & bleach), Make sure they are rinsed properly and then resume use. Normal use, slightly dampen cloth with water and wipe any surface. Don’t over dampen.
If buying for re-sale. What should my prices be?
We recommend 1 for $6.00, 2 for $10 and 5 for $20 in order to make a good profit margin. Any less will hurt your market and decrease your profit margins. But as with any business we can only suggest these rates.
What is your return policy?
A full refund will be given for any defective products returned within 30 days of shipment. Items that are return without defects must also be returned within 30 days. These items must be returned in their original packaging in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. By returning your item, you agree to these terms and should not expect a refund if the item is used or opened. Returns can take up to two weeks to process. Please call us at 888-576-6321 or email streakfreeusa@gmail.com and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any merchandise. Returns may be delayed or lost if a RMA # is not assigned. If the above conditions are not met, Streak Free reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 30% and reimbursement of shipping charges.
